Residential and Commercial Mixed-Use Development consisting of 12 Apartment Blocks, 3-Levels Shopping Podium, 3-Levels Basement Car Park and a Air-Conditioned Bus Interchange. Completed in December 2008, Jurong Point 2 Shopping Mall was constructed at a cost of $240 million. Besides residential and commercial components, the development also has a bus interchange integrated within. The project won the LTA Design Excellence Award 2010.
